The Brown Family as I Know It – by Joyce Lee Brown
The Brown family is not a close knit family. They are hard workers but show no emotion or love. I went through my whole life wondering if I were adopted because of this. They are very proud of their name. I was never shown any love, hugs or kisses. None of us were. I vowed to do different with my little ones and I used my rocker often and read stories to them at night and after rocked the hurts away.
Farm Life: Lee and Cary Brown
Lee worked for Kroger Grocery Company for 43 years – 8 hours a day, 5 days a week – 40 hr week. He owned and farmed 450 acres: crops were Corn, Wheat, Soy Beans
